Getting Hooked Up
A $25 hook-up fee must be paid up front. In addition, one month of service must also be paid in advance on top of the $25 hook-up fee.
Your one total hook up charges will vary based on the services you select. The hook-up charge and one month of service must be paid before service can be connected.
